My mom made this awesome organizer for diapers and such (and then had it embroidered).
All that is missing is a pink changing pad cover!
We can spray painted the blue plastic on that diaper pail brown.

We created a frame using some chair rail molding and anchored crystal knobs to the wall. Then, we hung three vintage pink dresses on pretty hangers.
(the one in the middle was mine when I was a baby...the other two belong to my cousin)
I absolutely love it!
